Our core purpose is to provide our market with a gentle, yet effective skin care products to eliminate the irritation caused by frequent washings. All Phoenix products contain a wide range of skin conditioners and moisturizers.
The line of products includes protective cream, moisturizing cream, lotion soaps, solvent free hand cleaners, citrus based hand cleaners, shampoo & body wash, with both alcohol and alcohol free gel and foam instant hand sanitizers.

Good Manufacturing Practices
As a supplier of CFIA regulated products our production facility adheres to the Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined by Health Protection Branch requirements for such facilities. Each year it undergoes 3rd party Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Audits. We are proud of the consistently high scores.
All suppliers of raw material for soap manufacturing are certified for compliance to product specification. The first ten shipments of any raw material are tested and inspected extensively at in house labs for compliance to product specifications. If all specs are met the Vendor is certified. All raw material shipments received are then checked for micro biological purity and random physical property tests.
Each Phoenix product has a specification for physical properties that is tested in critical production phases at the in house QC labs.
Hot Mix Process:
Part of the manufacture of protective and moisturizing creams includes heating to a level that pasteurizes the product ensuring micro biological purity.
Finished Product Testing:
Every batch of product is tested after it is packaged for any sign of micro biological contamination, and is also tested to ensure active ingredient levels are met. Only pure product is released from the plant.
